Our Warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship in products purchased within the continental United States. The Warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the original purchaser for a period of six months.
Exclusions :
Parts prone to normal wear and tear- Steel Wench Cable or cosmetic parts– Labels
Damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, faulty operation, improper or inadequate maintenance.
Damage resulting from inadequate packaging or carrier mishandling of returned products
Product purchased outside of the 50 United States of America
Machines used for Rentals
Damage as a result of fire, flood, lightning or any other acts of God.
It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to provide dated proof of purchase.
The Warranty is not transferable and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.
Gene’s Carpet Removal System will at it’s own discretion repair or exchange a product under warranty. NO credit will be issued.
All Shipping Charges must be pre-paid by the sender. Gene’s Carpet Removal System will at it’s own expense, ship back the warranted repaired product to the sender anywhere in the 50 United States. We will ship the best way at our discretion.
Warranty is Void when :
The product has been altered in any way, by anyone other than Gene’s Carpet Removal System without prior written authorization of Gene’s Carpet Removal System.
Product has repairs with parts other than those the manufacturer authorizes.
Warranty card was not submitted within 30 days of original purchase
GENE’S CARPET REMOVAL SYSTEM AND IT’S REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY GENERAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUIENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR OCCADIONED BY THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF THE MERCHANT OR DISTRIBUTATOR.
