What is different about The Carpet CLAW™ Carpet Puller?
Unitary Back: The Carpet Claw easily pulls unitary back carpet without it shredding. Our carpet removal machine takes the headache out of unitary back tear outs. Most other carpet pullers won't pull up unitary back carpet or you have to pull a large amount of carpet up to start the pull.
Size: Because The Carpet Claw™ is about the size of a carry along tool box it is very easy to transport. Most of our current customers keep their "Claw" in their truck so it is on the job whenever needed. It's size also gives it versatility on the jobsite. The bigger machines are just to big to operate in smaller areas. Often they require a special trip back to the shop, because they wouldn't fit into the truck with the materials needed for the job.
Clamping System: Most other carpet pullers on the market have a cage. This is because they clamp on to the carpet that is being removed. If that clamp lets loose, the line with the clamp on it has stored energy and can fly across the room. This makes it dangerous for workers. Not The Carpet Claw™, it's hardened stainless steel pins grip the back of the carpet by penetrating the fibers. It stores very little energy in the cable. This makes it safer and easier to use. You don't have to mess with clamps or tacky strips.
